Customers are responsible for maintaining authorized access to their accounts and using the platform in accordance with applicable laws, subscription terms, and accepted operational use.

Storefront manages Neoventory subscriptions, payment provider checkout, subscription lifecycle actions, invoices, payment methods, billing portal access, and platform-owned billing workflows.

Neoventory works to provide reliable platform access, maintain SaaS operations, and support the customer-facing experience while the Neoventory application remains the business operating platform.
