Connected work with controlled access

Interactive Business AI works under the signed-in human’s authorized access. Requests to inspect information or perform supported operations remain subject to the permissions required for that work.

Agent Runs execute through the company’s Automation Bot identity, separately from a person’s interactive AI session. Current permissions and authorization for each operation continue to apply.

Selected controlled-action grants govern specific actions; they are not the Agent’s entire API permission boundary. Creating an Agent does not grant unrestricted access to company data.

Human-only approval, rejection, and reconciliation decisions remain human-only. Observe Run progress and history, stop active Runs, or pause future Agent execution.

When a Run reaches an eligible waiting-for-review, blocked, interrupted, or failed state, an authorized person can provide instructions or files and continue it.
